5.3 Transaction Accuracy

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New members may receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000, and ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000 must be wagered before the bonus can be withdrawn.

6.2 General Terms for Other Bonuses

• Each bonus may only be claimed once, unless the offer states otherwise.
• The minimum deposit requirement must be met before claiming a bonus.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the specified wagering requirement has been met.
• 9999 bet reserves the right to cancel a bonus and related earnings if there is evidence of fraudulent use of the bonus.
• 9999 bet reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

Betting and Gaming Policy

7.1 Finality of Bets

Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled, unless 9999 bet itself cancels it due to a technical error. The outcome of all bets is determined based on the actual result of the relevant game or event.

7.2 Odds and Changes

Odds displayed in sports betting are subject to change, and the odds in effect at the moment a bet is confirmed will apply. Odds may change rapidly in live betting.

7.3 Technical Errors

Winnings obtained as a result of a software error or server issue will not be considered valid. 9999 bet reserves the right to review affected bets and make a decision in such situations.

7.4 Game Services

9999 bet reserves the right to change the game portfolio. The availability of any game or bet type cannot be guaranteed without interruption, and no compensation may be claimed on this basis.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 9999 bet platform:

• Opening multiple accounts or operating someone else's account.
• Placing artificial or coordinated bets with the intent to obtain bonus benefits improperly.
• Placing bets using automated bots or software.
• Any attempt to breach the security or integrity of the platform.

• Registering with false or misleading information.
• Intentionally exploiting technical vulnerabilities or bugs.

If there is evidence of involvement in any of the above activities, the account will be closed immediately, the associated funds will be confiscated, and legal action may be taken if necessary.

9999 bet reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account at any time without prior notice, for rule violations, fraudulent activity, or any other valid reason.

9.2 Closure by the User

Any user may close their account at their own discretion. Before account closure, the user will be given the opportunity to withdraw any available balance, provided there are no active bonuses or restrictions.

9.3 Self-Exclusion

As part of responsible gaming, users may request that their account be temporarily or long-term suspended at their own request. The support team should be contacted for this purpose.

Terms Change
